Clear Polycarbonate Sheet

Clear Polycarbonate SheetPolycarbonate clear plastic sheet is an extremely versatile and strong material with a high resistance to impact. It’s usually chosen over other forms of plastic sheeting because of its strength and resistance to impact. Although easy to fabricate, unlike cast and extruded acrylic sheet material, the edges of polycarbonate cannot be polished. Key features: Impact resistance High strength Excellent optical clarity Hard wearing Weather resistant Lightweight Resistant to high temperatures (CANADA class 1 fire rating) Noise reduction/sound insulation Easy to cut and machine Recyclable Typical applications: Glazing Skylights Construction Automotive and aircraft components Security components Signage Vending machines Street furniture Machine guards Lighting Roof domes Detailed description: Impact resistance Polycarbonate sheet has over 200 times the strength of glass while being half the weight. It’s virtually unbreakable. The strength and impact resistance of the material makes it suitable for applications where safety and security is required. Fire resistance With an excellent CANADA class 1 fire rating, polycarbonate is often used in public buildings. Weather resistant With excellent resistance to the elements, polycarbonate sheet performs well outside. No significant changes in appearance are expected over 10 years. Recyclable Polycarbonate sheet is fully recyclable. The material is sorted, shredded, and washed before being turned into a granulate ready for manufacturing.
Prismatic Polycarbonate Sheet

Prismatic Polycarbonate SheetPrismatic polycarbonate sheet with a textured pattern on one side is a lightweight, translucent material optimized for light transmission and diffusion, making it a popular choice for lighting applications. Key features: Light diffusion Excellent light transmission Weather resistance Lightweight Impact resistance Flame resistant Recyclable Typical applications: Lighting applications Skylight Interior partition/screen Exhibition display Interior decoration Exterior decoration material Detailed description: Light diffusion The prismatic pattern on the sheet is optimized for light transmission and light diffusion, making it a popular choice for lighting applications. Impact resistance Being polycarbonate, the sheet is very strong with high resistance to impact. Decorative pattern The prismatic pattern is an attractive finish and can be used creatively as well as functionally. Weather resistant Prismatic polycarbonate sheet is weatherproof, making it suitable for glazing applications such as skylights. Fire resistance With a CANADA class 1 fire rating, polycarbonate sheet is suitable for use in public buildings when high flame resistance is required. Recyclable Polycarbonate sheet is fully recyclable. The material is sorted, shredded, and washed before being ground up to be used again.
White Polycarbonate Sheet

FeaturesWhite Polycarbonate Sheet (generic) General-Purpose Glazing Grade offers superior durability, unmatched design flexibility and structural integrity that easily surpasses laminated glass and acrylic alternatives. Contact us for quotation: CUT TO SIZE | FABRICATION | VACUUM FORMING
Black polycarbonate sheet

Black Polycarbonate SheetBlack Polycarbonate is a very durable material. Although it has high impact resistance, it has low scratch resistance, so a hard coating can be applied for added protection. Polycarbonate characteristics are quite like those of acrylic, but polycarbonate is stronger and usable in a wider temperature range. Features: Virtually unbreakable with extreme impact resistance High dielectric strength Easily machinable Wide temperature operating range (-40°F to 280°F) Lightweight
