Acrylic Depot carries a wide assortment of line bending equipment ensuring high quality parts with exact tolerance. We use a variety of methods to heat bend thermoplastic material according to the requirements specified by the customer. Some of these methods include: Line bending, convection ovens and cold bending.

When it comes to creating larger radii or curved parts we use a process called drape forming. In this process we create a mould to your specific bend and allow the material to form itself along the curve through a heating station in our facility.
